Health Access Covenant Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees that provides strategic oversight, fiduciary accountability, and policy direction. The Board ensures that the organization remains aligned with its mission, complies with legal and ethical standards, and uses its resources responsibly.
The Board works through standing committees, which may include Medical, Finance and Audit, Governance, and Programmes and Impact. These committees strengthen oversight by reviewing financial controls, clinical audits, organizational policies, and programme performance.
Day-to-day operations are managed by the Clinical Director, who is responsible for implementing approved strategies, coordinating programs, and ensuring effective administration. The leadership team reports to the Board and operates within approved governance policies and procedures.

Seed Fund For Equitable Health System
Seed Funding
Health Access Covenant Foundation is in its early start-up phase and has received £20,000 in founding support from the Chairman as seed funding for registration, governance setup, communications, and initial programme design and commencement of hub operations and establishment of 2 spoke rural facilities. This contribution has provided the Foundation with a practical launch platform, allowing us to move from planning to implementation. Additional grant funding will help us scale our work, deepen community engagement, and build the systems needed for sustainable impact.
